Meet our team

Dan Glass

Dan has over 15 years experience in adult learning and education, designing learning that changes what people actually do, not just what they know.

He has partnered with a wide range of New Zealand government agencies to turn complex policy, systems, and processes into practical, scenario-based learning. Whether it's preparing diplomats to support Kiwis in difficulty overseas, or supporting ministries with ServiceNow or Salesforce technology rollouts — there's never a dull moment!

His approach is to start with what people need to do on the job, then build realistic scenarios with genuine consequences. He writes in plain English, designs for diverse audiences, and favours the close calls and grey areas that reflect real work.

From short, to-the-point micro-learning to full programme rollouts, and everything in between, he delivers learning that sticks.

He enjoys checking out new technology, often with a lens of "how does this help people learn better?" Some technologies fail pretty quickly, while others have huge potential. He has fun exploring, and clients enjoy the benefits, win-win.

Yojana Glass

Yojana has nearly 20 years’ experience in education, leadership, and capability development. She started her career in biomedical science and research, before transitioning into science education and later instructional design. Her diverse background combines structured, analytical design thinking with a deep understanding of how people learn, resulting in learning experiences that are engaging, innovative, and responsive to learner needs.

Her work spans digital learning, university accredited micro-credentials, motion graphics and animation, workshops, facilitation resources, and blended learning programmes. She has partnered with subject matter experts across a range of sectors to transform complex ideas into easy to understand, engaging learning experiences that build knowledge, confidence, and capability.

Alongside her professional work, Yojana is actively involved in her local community. She serves as Chair of her children’s School Board, is a member of Porirua’s Te Hāhi organisation, and is an ambassador with Engineering New Zealand's Wonder Project, which supports young people to build curiosity and capability in STEM.
