Floor Warden
This immersive learning suite prepared employees to confidently fulfil their responsibilities as Floor Wardens before, during, and after an evacuation. Through scenario-based decision-making, learners navigated realistic situations, explored the consequences of their choices, and developed a practical understanding of emergency procedures and priorities.
The programme culminated in an interactive virtual evacuation simulation, where learners actively searched for hazards, colleagues, and critical information while managing competing demands under time pressure. A heads-up display tracked progress and key findings, creating an engaging, game-inspired experience that reinforced decision-making, situational awareness, and emergency response skills in a safe learning environment.
Health and Safety
A curated learning pathway that builds learners' understanding of their governance obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. The programme supports learners to make informed decisions and promote safe and healthy workplace practices by focussing on policy oversight, risk management and organisational culture.
